Roboute Guilliman-Primarch of the Ultramarines
by Senji on Mar.05, 2009, under Painted Models, Primarchs
I just finished the first of several Primarchs I plan on painting for my collection. I used magnets so i can either field him with a power weapon or 2 power fists.

Wow, where in the heck did you get that model??
You’ve done a FANTASTIC job on him, BTW. Looks great!!

You did this by yourself?
What tools or materials did you use?
Have you made a green first and then a tin-model so you can create more of the primarchs or is this painted one the original?

I am not meaning this to be a knock towards you but I do mean this as constructive criticism. When making your future primarchs you might wish to research their appearances a little more. According to all of the information that GW has published about Roboute, he is supposed to have long flowing blonde hair. Otherwise this is an awesome model.

Wolfman – you’re an idiot. Roboute is bald, for starters, and has always been. Lion El’Jonson, on the other hand, is well known to have long, flowing blond hair, however.
Regardless, indeed, by information released, descriptions, and sanctioned, official art, there’s quite a lot of change and differentiation with this model from what it “should” look like. Also the size proportions aren’t accurate. Someone mentioned his size looks more like it would be in relation to typical space marines – they’re right. He should definitely be much larger in comparison to the Imperial Guard.
Overall it’s a nice model, but could use more in the realm of looking like Roboute Guilliman, as well as proportions.
